At the neighborhood rink, who doesn't enjoy honing their knife skills and carving some lines into the ice?
There are two coed ice skating choices available through Sports & Rec: Drop-In Skate, Family Skate, and Figure Skating. Options for Stick n' Puck are available here.
Skate Drop-in:
This skate is intended for recreational skaters who want to go ice skating with friends or hone their skills! Beginners are welcome, and this is not the time to practice your figure skating or hockey talents.
Drop-in Skate with Family:
Take the family ice skating! While kids are welcome to participate in this skate, please be aware that we do not loan out child-sized skates or helmets. Here is more information about this skating time.
Figure Skating by Drop-in:
Recreational figure skaters can practice stroking aspects, freestyle (footwork, spirals, spins, and non-toe picking leaps) and individual skating skills during this period. For safety reasons, novice skaters are not permitted on the ice at this time. All skaters must bring their own figure skates; hockey skates are not permitted at this time. We do not rent out skates.
